Just like to thank Eric and his team for a professional job renovating our old home (1940s). We were living on-site and Eric sent timely updates on progress and notified us of who was turning up onsite the next day. Our kitchen, main bathroom and now new laundry/ en-suite look fantastic. They were courteous and kept the work site tidy. Eric assisted us in changing the layout of our kitchen which was an unfriendly dark space to now a space that is bright and functional. Our tired old bathroom received a make-over. The new en-suite/laundry was a laundry room that was only open to the back Verandah and we hadn’t considered making a change there but Eric managed to show us the value in adding a new internal room. From the initial meetings on-site to our finished product we couldn’t be happier. The new balustrades on our repaired front and back Verandahs look great and the custom made handrails finish the look off. They also replaced our rusted out gutters and moved the downpipes to a better position for drainage. We found Eric easy to talk to he listened to us and gave great advice on what would fit in our budget and made suggestions on the layout of the rooms we had not considered. Upper back deck remodelling – St Lucia
The upper back deck of this home needed remodeling as water used to pour in during heavy downfalls. Now it’s been converted into a large inside living room extension, maintained windows for view with a skylight (automatic) to ensure plenty of light. Overall this renovation has doubled the existing living/dining room area and increased the value of the home.
